Never had a problem with making or rescheduling appointments for either of my children. When my son (and now my daughter) first went for his braces every visit was precise with a very professional and friendly staff. Dr Masri is a perfectionist and has always had best interest of each of my children. When my son needed his braces removed a little early in order to go into the Marine Corps, Dr Masri made sure the early removal wouldn't hinder his treatment and even suggested a permanent retainer to make it easier for my son do that his teeth wouldn't shift since he wouldn't be able to wear regular retainers as he should. We loved every experience with both kids. My daughter chats up the staff every time she goes for her appointments and the girls even gave my daughter advice in school and what she wanted to do for college at this point. The staff is also good at NOT making a big deal about payments being late or behind at all, they just like good effort to pay and never made me feel horrible about missing a payment and I appreciate that. My daughter absolutely loves her braces, the staff and her treatment and of course how they make her feel special and not just another client they get money from. Some say Dr Masri is expensive, but I say you get what you pay for and my daughter and son are worth every penny. Oh, and the staff still asks how my son is and when told he broke his permanent retainer, they said to have him come in asap to get it fixed with a nominal fee. I can't praise Dr Masri or his staff enough

I had a great experience with Dr Masri and Team. At every appointment the staff were very friendly and on time. The office was always very clean. My treatment plan ended up being quicker than originally planned. Overall great experience and I will be taking my children to see them down the road when needed. I definitely recommend this office if you are looking for services they offer!

Went to Dr. Masri for two years for fixing an underbite. There was never an appointment in which was unenjoyable. The staff is friendly and understanding to patients who are nervous about the whole ordeal. 5/5!

Very kind a respectful orthodontic assistants and Doctors. All the ladies working here will always ask if you’re okay or if you’re uncomfortable at all and will try their best to fix your concern or pain. I first had my braces put on over 4-5 years ago now and they finally came off today. I never had a broken bracket or wire thanks to them. They are all great, loving and caring people and deserve the best.

More people need to go to Dr. Masri. Amazing staff, loving care, and compassionate service. Well kept facility where we felt really seen and really knew we were going to the right place.
